1) Exceptions:
Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the European countries) because our carrier can’t ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there’s nothing worse than a lost package. Besides, please put your address with details on the street number/building number if you have one.
2) Customs Duties:
Shipments from all our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
3) Receiving Time:
For in-stock products, your receiving time will contain 1-5 business days of order processing time plus the shipping time listed above. For pre-order products, your receiving time will be calculated from the estimated shipping date plus the shipping time listed above. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the shipping date might vary based on the estimated shipping date of pre-order products.

The Short Address is mandatory for customs clearance and must match the consignee’s registered company information. Failure to provide a correct and valid Short Address may result in customs delays, additional charges, or shipment rejection, for which the shipper or consignee will be fully responsible.
